Pharmaceutical

Hooker Cockram has worked on pharmaceutical and laboratory projects in Australia, China, Malaysia, Dubai, Puerto Rico and USA including construction management of major greenfield projects, as well as plant extensions and upgrades.

Our team has detailed experience with all major manufacturing technologies, including freeze drying, blow fill seal, tabletting and capsules, creams, liquids, sterile products, fractionisation and fermentation for biological facilities.

We have core expertise in installing WFI systems, CIP, SIP, DI water, and associated 'clean' mechanical and electrical services, including HEPA filtration and complex DDC and PLC controls systems.

We have developed techniques for monitoring all stages of manufacture, testing, installation and commissioning of major plant items, sourced from global vendors.

Through our international experience in complex facilities we have developed a complete understanding of cGMP regulations to satisfy FDA, TGA and other similar regulatory bodies.

We have been responsible for the construction management of major greenfield projects, as well as plant extensions and upgrades.

Projects include facilities capable of vaccine production and blood fractionation. Research laboratories include class PC3 and PC4 facilities for infectious diseases, agrichemical and cytotoxics.
